Our ingredients are rigorously selected at source to appeal to the most discerning culinary connoisseurs. We give priority to ORGANIC, untreated natural products, and import them from the best origins.

Our manufacturing method
To preserve the quality of our dried fruit, we've opted for a different roasting method: fat-free and whole-roasted. We also salt very little to preserve the taste of the fruit. We limit the addition of salt to 1.5% on our pistachios. Finally, to enhance the flavors, we don't flavor our dried fruits. We season them.

Focus on our pistachio producer
Among the 5 families producing the Kerman pistachio, Maison Alexis Lepers is lucky enough to work with one of them. The Kerman pistachio is world-renowned for its taste and color. Our partner harvests the pistachios only when they are ripe and open naturally. We work together on the noblest variety of pistachio: the Akbari variety. The Akbari pistachio is a long pistachio, recognizable by its light-colored shell. This long-standing collaboration has been a great inspiration to us. On the one hand, it influences the way we work, selecting only the best origins and sizes. On the other hand, it guides some of our product innovations, notably with this premium aperitif range based on pistachio, almond and cashew. Coming soon? Sri Lanka!
