Store away from light, heat and in a dry place.

Advice

For 180g of white fish: Coat your fish with 80g of the blend, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3h30. Rinse your fish under water then drizzle with olive oil.

For 200g of salmon or trout: Coat your salmon with 90g of the blend, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6h30. Rinse the fish under water then drizzle with olive oil.

This blend is also perfect for marinating other fish before cooking.
