La recette
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 organic eggs
- 3 slices of sandwich bread
- 10g of hazelnuts
- 30g of butter
- 25 g of caviar (we recommend Baeri Royal )
- Fine salt and pepper mill

• Roast the hazelnuts and crush them, mix with the butter, season.
