List of ingredients you need:
- 5 sheets of filo pastry- Butter
- 200g feta
- 200g of mascarpone
- 20g of oak honey
- 100g of dried Damascus rose petals
- 200g of water
- 100g rice vinegar
- 100g of sugar
- Shelled pistachios

Étape 1
• Melt the butter
• Using a brush, stick the filo pastry sheets together
• Cut rectangles of the same size
• Bake between two metal plates and two sheets of baking paper in the oven at 180° for 10/12 minutes -
Étape 2
• Cut the feta into the same length but less wide.
• Mix the mascarpone and honey -
Étape 3
• Pour the syrup over the rose petals
• Crush the shelled pistachios
• Let your preparation cool -
Étape 4
• Place a rectangle of feta on a rectangle of cooked filo pastry
• Poach the mascarpone cream on the edges
• Arrange rose petals in the middle
• Stack two floors
• Finish with a layer of cooked pastry
• Sprinkle the crushed pistachios
• Decorate with flowers of your choice
