Roasted figs with spices and pistachios

Ingredients for 2 people:

- 10 beautiful ripe figs
- 10 grams of butter
- 1 tablespoon of currants
- 1 tablespoon of green pistachio
- 1 teaspoon of spice Fresh fruits and fruit salads (muscovado/black tea/vanilla/voatsiperifery pepper/saffron)

  • Étape 1

    • Wash and cut the figs in half vertically.

    • Place them in a small roasting dish.

    • Cut the butter into cubes and place the cubes on the figs.

    • Sprinkle the figs with grapes, pistachios and the spice. Fresh fruit and fruit salads: bake at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
