Caviar in condiment situation

La recette

Ingredients for a 125g can of caviar:

- 125g of caviar (any caviar can be used for this recipe, choose your favorite )
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 1 white onion
- 8 blinis



  • Étape 1

    • Cook the eggs for 10 minutes until they are hard-boiled.

  • Étape 2

    • Peel the eggs and separate the white from the yolk.

  • Étape 3

    • Pass the egg yolk through a sieve and chop the white with a knife.

  • Étape 4

    • Peel, wash and finely chop the white onion.

  • Étape 5

    • Remove the stems and wash the flat-leaf parsley, then chop it finely.

  • Étape 6

    • Place the can of caviar without the lid in a bowl full of crushed ice, and arrange the condiments in a strip in the lid: egg white, egg yolk, parsley and white onions.

  • Étape 7

    • Place the lid on the ice as well.

  • Étape 8

    • Enjoy the caviar with the condiments and serve with warm blinis.
